D-2: Parc des Marais

We have breakfast. In the morning, a river trip through the heart of the marshes. Criss-crossing the marshes, the boat of the Cotentin boatmen offers a unique perspective on this fragile ecosystem. On board, you'll hear about the history and life of the marshes from one of their admirers, as you cruise through the landscape. Lunch in a restaurant. In the afternoon, meet an ornithology enthusiast on the paths of the Cotentin peninsula. Listen, observe and learn to recognize the species that surround us. Followed by a gourmet visit to an artisanal brewery. In the heart of Sainte-Mère-Eglise, you'll follow the craft beer-making process alongside the producer, from the choice of raw materials to brewing and bottling. Then enjoy a gourmet tasting at the pub in an atypical 1940s setting. Return to hotel, dinner and overnight accommodation.

D-3: La Hague, little Ireland

Breakfast. Departure with your day guide for the Manoir du Tourp. Start your immersive discovery of La Hague, the wild land of the Cotentin region, with the "Treasure at the End of the World" show. For an hour, immerse yourself in a magical atmosphere in the heart of a 16th-century manor house, and step back in time to discover the history of the Hague... Then take a guided tour of the Manoir du Tourp and its temporary exhibitions. Lunch at the Auberge des Goubelins. In the afternoon, drive to Jardin de Vauville via Port Racine, France's smallest port, Cap de la Hague and the Nez de Jobourg cliffs. Guided tour of the Vauville botanical garden. Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

D-4: The Isles coast

We have breakfast. Morning excursion to Carteret Lighthouse and Cap de Carteret. Perched on the rocky heights of Cap de Carteret, the Carteret Lighthouse has been guiding sailors through the unpredictable, tumultuous waters of the English Channel for over two centuries. After exploring and climbing the building, a passionate guide will lead you along the customs path for spontaneous seabird observation. Lunch in a restaurant. In the afternoon, visit a traditional cider factory. The producer will pass on ancestral know-how before ending the visit on a sparkling note with a tasting of Cotentin PDO cider. Then stop off at the Maison du Biscuit for a self-guided tour. A traditional cookie factory handed down from father to son since 1903. As you stroll along, you'll pass from one world to another, from the cookie factory to the delicatessen, via the soap factory, the old-fashioned confectionery and the tea room. All in the heart of a pre-war street setting. Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

Return to hotel, dinner and overnight.
