TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

Browsing data
The computer systems and software procedures used to process this website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified individuals, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, make it possible to identify users.

This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters concerning the user's operating system and computer environment. This data is used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on site use and to check that the site is operating correctly, and is cancelled immediately after it has been processed. The data may be used to verify possible liability in the event of hypothetical computer crimes, at the site's expense: except in this eventuality, data concerning web contacts is kept for an indefinite period.

Data voluntarily supplied by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mail to the addresses indicated on this site entails the successive acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data contained in the e-mail. Specific summary information will be progressively reported or visualized in the pages of the site predisposed for particular on-demand services.

COOKIES

No personal user data is deliberately acquired by the site. No cookies are used for the transmission of personal information, and persistent cookies of any kind, i.e. user tracking systems, are not used. The use of session cookies (which are not stored persistently on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to enable safe and efficient exploration of the site. The session cookies used on this site avoid the use of other computer techniques that could potentially harm the confidentiality of users' browsing and do not allow the acquisition of personal user identification data.

CONNECTION FILES AND THEIR STORAGE

Connection files will be traced for security reasons, which require connection files to be recorded and retained, and to be accessible to the judicial police in the event of a request. Information in user files is used to enable access and consultation of data by members and site administrators. To this end, access files will be kept indefinitely. Any access controls will be carried out gradually and in full compliance with the law, in particular the principles of necessity and proportionality.
