Accommodation in the rooms. Welcome aperitif and dinner at the hotel

D-2: Foie gras know-how and history - Armagnac and Gascony wine tasting and croustade (135 km)

Breakfast. In a cannery, you'll discover all the secrets of duck cutting and
the traditional preparation of foie gras and cured meats. Tasting (foie gras, dried duck breast, stuffed necks...).
Lunch at the hotel. Departure for Gondrin, to visit a croustadier who will show you all the secrets of making this typically Gascon cake and delight your taste buds with its soft, sweet flavour.
Stopover in Larressingle, a small fortified village classified as the "most beautiful village in France". Walls, curtain walls, crenellated towers, ditches, gateway, 13th-century castle, 12th-century fortified church, medieval houses set against the walls, the village welcomes you as it was in the 16th century. On the way back, stop at a local producer for
a tasting of "Pousse rapière", an armagnac liqueur flavored with bitter orange. Return to your hotel. Dinner and overnight accommodation.

D-3: Caussens and its buffalo breeding – Lectoure for its black garlic (115 km)

We have breakfast. Depart for Caussens and visit a buffalo farm. This
family-run farm is committed to the comfort of its free-range buffalo. Everything takes place on site: feeding,
breeding, milking, making farmhouse cheeses and mozzarella, and selling products made from buffalo milk. Lunch at the hotel. Visit to a black garlic producer, a small family farm fully converted to Organic Agriculture since 2018. The producers will explain how black garlic is obtained from
white garlic, the different uses and will reveal all the secrets of this transformation. Then, meet a producer who will let you taste some very fine Gascony wines (grape varieties: Sémillon,
Sauvignon, Petit Manseng, Uni-Blanc, Syrah, Merlot, Cot, Fer Servadou, Cabernet...) and share with you the history of his winery and the six hectares of vines harvested by hand according to tradition. Return to your hotel. Dinner and
accommodation.

D-4: Hitton farm, donkey milk - Agen prunes and Armagnac (140 km)

We have breakfast. Departure for Ferme du Hitton. On a 77-hectare property of woods and meadows, you'll discover the Pyrenean donkey (Gascon type), a protected local breed. Stroke the donkeys and their mothers, watch them being cared for and milked, and taste their precious milk. The farm won the Prix national de la création agro-alimentaire bio for their donkey milk spread. Lunch at the hotel. Escapade to the Pays d'Albret, the land of Henri IV, for a fascinating visit to a prune grower. Return via Condom and
